For emergency support issues, please call the customer service 24 hours per day / 7 days per week for immediate support. If the request for assistance is after normal business hours, we are commited to a 4 hour response window.

For the non-critical issues, EDSI's support website is provided to existing customers to provide an electronic method of communication to resolve issues. The System documentation and FAQ document is posted on the support sight to answer the most common questions related to the support system.
